Minnesota now offers Electronic Licenses through the Minnesota DNR website as follows:

1.Search type , Minnesota DNR
2.At the top of the page is four square boxes,click on regulations,licenses&permits.
3.To the right of the page is a box,click on online licensing.
4.Click on hunting and fishing purchase.
5.Read steps 1-4 and click on continue
6.Resident and non-resident prompts appear
7.Fillin information requested and you are on your way!

You will receive a temporary license you can use to hunt that minute.Stamps will come in the mail.Print an extra copy just in case.

License Options

Wallmart offers licenses between 6:00AM and 9:00PM including Federal stamps.You will not have time to get a license the morning of your hunt and make it to the field on time.Please plan ahead.

Federal stamps are required and are not offered electronically.Be sure you have your federal waterfowl stamp.

Minnesota requires all stamps be signed across the face of the stamp by the licensee.
